Cellulite: The Different Types And How To Treat It

We all know what cellulite is (unfortunately), but did you know that there are several types of cellulites? Adipose cellulite, aqueouscellulite and fibrous cellulite.

Depending on the type of cellulite you have, the recommendations to follow are not necessarily the same.

Some of the top foods to reduce cellulite:  

  • Collagen: Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body and needed for skin’s elasticity, youthful texture and strength. One of the best ways to get more collagen is from consuming bone broth, which also has amino acids like glutamine.
  • Hydrating foods:  Dehydration can lead to dry skin, try to eat more naturally hydrating foods. These include fresh veggies and fruit, especially melon, berries, cucumber, celery, citrus fruits and fresh herbs.
