Beta glucans are a type of soluble fibers, or naturally occurring sugars, which create the structural components of cell walls in foods containing yeast and fungi. They cannot be produced by the body naturally and we need to take them through our diet.
They are mainly used to boost the immune system in people whose body defenses have been weakened by conditions such as chronic fatigue, physical and emotional stress or by treatments such as radiation or chemotherapy.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement for adults.
Take one (1) vegetable capsule, 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
